Awaken your womb with these excercises


the point of these exercises is to wake up the womb. When we become conscious of what’s there we can begin to heal and dig through those energetic hindering our intuitive powers.

When we heal our energy becomes lighter and elevated. We can more clearly receive the messages from our intuition and flow through life.

Here are some ways we can wake up the womb:

  • Breathwork.
    Simply set the intention of breathing into your uterus. Our intention is all we need for something to happen. Inhale into your womb, hold for a few seconds and exhale from your womb. Do this a few times with your eyes closed and feel what comes up. By simply just putting attention on an organ, you’re waking it
    up. Ask questions… what does she need?

  • Open the heart chakra
    Our uterus is known as our lower heart. Opening our heart chakra and connecting it to our sacral is another way of waking up our womb. Do a heart chakra meditation. When you finish place your right hand on your heart chakra and your left on your sacral chakra. Envision your heart chakra sending light to
    your sacral.

  • Massage
    Another way to wake up our sacral energy is via touch. Massage the area below your belly (I would say two-fingers beneath your belly). You’re going to form a triangle with your hands and go in a circular motion downwards. You can add a rose oil if you’d like. Notice what you’re feeling. Whether or not you like it. Feel
    the energy moving.
